We conduct our audits in accordance with the professional standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We are subject and successfully pass peer review as required by the Texas Board of Certified Public Accountants. Our typical audits are to satisfy the requirements of the following entities:
Electricity markets (ISO): our clients trade Financial Transmission Rights (FTR), Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) and Day-Ahead contracts on the platforms of MISO, ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, SPP, NYISO, ISONE.
Partners of Hedge Funds and Investment Partnerships: we conduct annual audits as required by partnership agreements and regulatory requirements
Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury: companies with gross receipts over $3 million are required to provide audited financial statements by a CPA registered in Puerto Rico. Our typical clients benefit from Act 20 and Act 22 of Puerto Rico.
We provide tax advice and tax filing services as follows:
